Overview
Achieve that amazing glow with Profhilo. Profhilo is an innovative, targeted 5-point skin booster treatment for improving skin texture and smoothing out facial folds and wrinkles. Its unique remodelling process will infuse hyaluronic acid into your skin to give it a dewy, airbrushed look.
Profhilo improves skin texture and tone, reduces laxity, restores hydration, counteracts the reduction of hyaluronic acid, and promotes multi-level dynamic remodelling where the skin has lost volume and fullness due to the ageing process, acne, scars, sun exposure and illness.
What does Profhilo involve?
Profhilo is an injectable hyaluronic acid treatment for the mid and lower face, neck, décolletage, and even the hands and arms. Unlike dermal fillers, Profhilo is 63mg of hyaluronic acid and contains no filling agents, resulting in a substance that hydrates the skin and remodels ageing, sagging tissue.
Unlike dermal fillers, which are a filling agent that smooth lines and wrinkles and create contours, Profhilo is purely used to improve skin quality by hydrating the skin and boosting collagen and elastin production. This causes a significant tightening and lifting effect, improving plumpness and hydration.
The product is injected into five specific areas on either side of the face, just beneath the skin, to target the correct skin cells and allow the hyaluronic acid to spread evenly through the tissue. The use of the BAP technique identifies five anatomically receptive areas of the face with an absence of large vessels and nerve branches. This minimises the risks while maximising the dispersion of the product in the malar and submalar areas. 0.2ml of Profhilo is then injected at the superficial subcutaneous layer.
Results indicate that 70% of clients experience improvement by at least one grade, according to the Facial Volume Loss Scale Range 2-3. Clients should notice a notable enhancement in skin hydration after a single treatment and in skin elasticity following two treatments.
