Patch Test Policy​
1. It is solely your responsibility to book your patch tests for treatments applicable within the correct timeframes.
2. Patch tests can be booked online via Fresha as patch tests/consultations, and the fee will be deducted from your treatment balance.
3. If you fail to book or attend your patch tests, we have the right to cancel the appointment without a refund.
4. If you haven’t had a patch test and cancel the appointment within the cancellation period, the T&Cs still apply as normal.
5. A negative patch test result does not guarantee that you will not develop an allergic reaction after the full procedure. Allergic reactions can be delayed, and if this occurs, you should immediately contact your doctor.

Consultation & Medical History​
1. When booking via the Fresha app, all consent forms and medical records must be completed.
2. It is your responsibility to update Icon Inspire of any changes in your medical records or skin care prior to future sessions.

Cancellation Policy ​
1. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellation. Otherwise, 50% of the total treatment cost is due. If you have booked via the Fresha app, please note that this fee will be deducted automatically.
2. When booking via the Fresha app, all appointments must be confirmed with your debit/credit card details. If you fail to attend your appointment, cancel on the day, or give no prior notice, 100% of the total treatment cost is due.
3. If you hold an Icon Inspire Membership and fail to attend your appointment with no prior notice provided or do not adhere to the 48-hour cancellation notice policy, one session of your Membership will be used as payment.
4. If, on the rare occasion, Icon Inspire needs to cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you via telephone or WhatsApp to reschedule. You will not be charged for any appointments cancelled by us.

Late Arrivals Policy​
1. If you expect to arrive 5-10 minutes late for your appointment, we respectfully request that you please advise us as soon as possible via telephone call. Please be aware that your treatment time may need to be shortened to accommodate any lateness, meaning that you will only get the service that can be provided with your remaining appointment time.
2. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may still be able to carry out some of the treatment. However, this will be treated as a Late Notice Cancellation, and you will be charged 100% of the total treatment cost as per our Cancellation Policy.
3. If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes late, some services may still be offered, however, this is entirely at our discretion, depending on the time available. If this is the case, the full booking cost will still be charged.

Pricing & Refund Policy​
1. Please note that Icon Inspire reserves the right to change prices and special offers without prior notification.
2. We do not offer refunds for any completed services or deposits paid. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact us, and we will try our utmost to resolve any problem.
3. Any comments or behaviour deemed inappropriate by Icon Inspire (illicit, abusive, or sexually suggestive in nature) will result in the immediate termination of the session. You will be charged the full cost of the treatment, and no refund will be given.

Under 18’s Policy​
1. For health and safety and insurance purposes, we politely ask that you do not bring your children along with you to your appointment.
2. If you do arrive at your appointment with a child under the age of 16, please note that we reserve the right to refuse to proceed with your treatment and can charge you in line with our cancellation policy.
3. You must be 18 years or older to receive treatments. We do offer some non-invasive treatments to clients under 18; however, parental consent and release of liability are required.
4. We reserve the right to refuse to perform treatments on any client who is under the age of consent.

Loyalty Card Policy​
1. A 10% discount will be administered with the fifth appointment.
2. A 20% discount will be administered with the tenth appointment.
3. This loyalty card discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
